Logging into Operator Connect Portal

Once the Synergy App has been registered on the Service Provider Operator tenant, you can directly login to to the Operator Connect portal using one of the Admin operators defined in Deploying Microsoft Synergy Application. Once logged in, the defined users can then perform actions which are synchronized with the Live Platform platform.

Do the following:

Login to the Operator Connect portal e.g. https://operatorconnect.microsoft.com (it's recommended to use the Chrome browser).

The following page opens:

The Synergy application home screen is displayed.

In the Navigation pane, select Customer Consents. A listing of all active customer leads are displayed.
